Key responsibilities
職務内容:
- カスタマーサポートを含む営業・マーケティング活動全般の推進・サポート
- マーケティングキャンペーン (印刷物/デジタル/ソーシャルメディアを含む) の策定・実施
- マーケティングチームと協力し、キャンペーン・コンテンツのローカリゼーション (翻訳業務含む)
- ウェブサイト、ブログ、ソーシャルメディアなどのコンテンツの作成・管理
- 市場機会の特定ためのマーケットリサーチ・分析
- 競合他社の製品・サービスの継続的なリサーチ・分析
- プロモーションイベントやセミナー (Webinar) の企画・運営
- 展示会やネットワーキングイベントへの参加
- 顧客およびパートナーとの関係構築と維持
- 顧客からのリクエストや苦情への迅速な対応
- 営業・マーケティングレポートの作成およびマネージメントへの報告
- Facilitate company sales and marketing activities with accurate customer services
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns, including print/digital/social media, to grow sales
- Localize marketing campaign and content in collaboration with Corporate Marketing (including translation work)
- Create and maintain content including for company websites, blogs, and social media
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
- Researching the competitors' products and services on a regular basis
- Organizing promotional events and conferences
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
- Resolving customers’ complaints and issues in a timely manner
- Prepare and present sales and marketing reports to management

- パワーポイントやその他のビジュアルコミュニケーションツールに習熟した優れたプレゼンテーションスキル
- グローバルまたはマルチマーケット環境での経験、B2B営業＆マーケティングに強いバックグラウンドがあれ

- Native level of Japanese, Conversational level of English (*Reading & Writing: Business level)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Communication/Graphic Design
- Strong understanding of local market dynamics and business culture
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, marketing, sales enablement, or business development
- Excellent presentation design skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint and other visual communication tools
- Experience in a global or multi-market environment, with a strong background in B2B sales & marketing is a plus
- Previous experience in consulting, sales support, or account management is a plus.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for diverse client needs
- Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset and attention to detail
- Self-motivated with a 'can do' attitude
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Experience working with sales teams to tailor marketing strategies
